The AI Medical Concierge isn't launching properly. What should I do?
We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try the following two solutions:
1. Reopen the website.
2. Click the X in the upper-right corner of the AI Medical Concierge to restart it.
If the above doesn't work, please contact our live VIP Concierge.
All fees can be paid through this website.
You can choose one of the following payment options:
• Option 1: Pay only for the Health Check (Medical Check-up) Package in advance
• Reserve and confirm your medical check-up by paying only the health check package fee first.
• Pay the remaining costs (such as sightseeing and optional services) later, or settle them through another travel agency.
• Option 2: Pay the full amount including sightseeing and optional services
• Pay the total package amount (health check + sightseeing + optional services) all at once through this website.
When you book a health check-up package, we issue a temporary reservation number.
After we issue your provisional reservation number, we’ll send you an “Estimate Confirmation & Payment” notice by email or via your preferred messaging app (e.g., WhatsApp/LINE/WeChat).Please complete your payment by tapping the payment link in that message.
*If your link has expired or you can’t find the email, contact us and we’ll resend it.
*Please note that the health check-up package remains a provisional reservation until payment is completed. Payment is required no later than two weeks before your scheduled check-up date.
*For reservations requested within two weeks of your desired check-up date, provisional reservations are not available and we kindly ask you to complete the payment at the time of booking.
We currently accept:
• Credit cards
• debit cards
• Bank transfer (wire transfer) in cash
Accepted credit card companies:
• Etc.
• Mastercard
• American Express
• Discover
• Diners Club
• Apple Pay
• Etc.
For card payments, we charge:
• 5% payment processing fee, plus
• 5% currency conversion fee
for a total surcharge of 10% on the billed amount.
For bank transfers, a 5% currency conversion fee applies on our side; any bank-imposed charges (remittance/receiving/intermediary) are the customer’s responsibility.
*All services are based on an advance payment system, and your reservation will be confirmed once the payment has been completed.
*Please note that JCB cards are not accepted.
If abnormalities are detected during a health checkup in Japan, we or the travel agency will promptly contact you. An opportunity will be arranged for a doctor to explain the current situation to you. Subsequently, while respecting your wishes, we will consult with you and the hospital in a three-way discussion regarding next steps, such as whether to undergo detailed examinations or treatment in Japan.
Whether you choose to receive treatment in Japan or not, we will provide close aftercare support (with dedicated personnel) throughout the entire process.
For inquiries regarding sightseeing, please contact the travel agency or similar entity selling the package.
Alternatively, if you provide the travel agency or similar entity selling this package, I can gather your requests and communicate them to the travel agency or similar entity to help build your sightseeing schedule.
*If there is no travel agency or similar entity selling the package, I can also introduce one.
*Additionally, if you prefer human assistance, AI Medical Concierge can also handle inquiries about sightseeing.
We generally recommend scheduling check-ups at least one month in advance. However, if the hospital has availability, appointments can be made up to 5 business days prior to the check-up date.
Please note that our cancellation policy remains unchanged. Cancellations will incur a cancellation fee of 50% to 100% of the total cost.

Yes. In principle, all of our partner facilities are equipped to accommodate religious needs. For example:
• Halal meals for Muslim guests
• Designated prayer spaces or quiet areas for worship
If you require any additional religious or cultural considerations, please inform us in advance. We will do our best to make appropriate arrangements wherever possible.
