CyberGene is based in Tokyo and connects international guests with medical care in Japan. Our work combines medical coordination with the practical details of travel and hospitality. We want a guest to be able to consider their options, understand the preparation and spend their time in Japan with a plan shaped around their purpose.CyberGeneは東京を拠点に、海外のお客様と日本の医療をつなぐ会社です。医療のコーディネートに、渡航や滞在の手配、おもてなしの視点を組み合わせています。選択肢を知り、必要な準備を理解し、一人ひとりの目的に合う計画で日本での時間を過ごしていただくことを目指しています。

Understanding the places we introduceご案内する医療の現場を知る

Our work includes visits to the medical facilities we introduce. On 10 October 2024, we visited Iseikai International General Hospital in Osaka; we have also visited TIMC TOKYO. Understanding the medical setting and the spaces around it helps us prepare clearer information for guests considering a visit.ご案内する医療機関への視察も、私たちの仕事の一つです。2024年10月10日には大阪・医誠会国際総合病院を訪問し、TIMC TOKYOにも足を運びました。医療設備と院内で過ごす空間の両方を知り、受診を検討されるお客様へのご案内につなげています。

Opening conversations beyond Japan海外のお客様へ、知る機会を届ける

Our overseas activities include a travel-agency seminar with Akita-One Japan and a session for IMC members introducing Japanese healthcare. Our services also include a Tokyo medical-travel plan with Akita-One Japan, online medical consultation with Iseikai and a personal aesthetic preparation report. Each offers a different starting point for someone exploring care in Japan.海外では、Akita-One Japanとの旅行会社向けセミナーや、IMC会員向けのセミナーを通じて、日本の医療をご紹介しています。また、東京医療旅行プラン、医誠会とのオンライン医療相談、個別の美容相談準備レポートなど、受診を考える方へ異なる入口を用意しています。
