AI/WhatsApp Data Deletion InstructionsAI・WhatsAppのデータ削除手続き
You can request deletion of information held under CyberGene Inc.’s control in connection with its WhatsApp channel or website AI concierge. Requests are handled manually by email; a chat command or blocking WhatsApp does not automatically delete stored records.CyberGene Inc.のWhatsApp窓口またはウェブサイトのAIコンシェルジュに関連して、当社の管理下にある情報の削除を依頼できます。ご依頼はメールで受け付け、担当者が対応します。チャットのコマンドやWhatsAppのブロックだけで、保存済みの記録が自動削除されることはありません。

Email concierge@cybergenemed.com with the subject “AI/WhatsApp data deletion”. State that you want your data deleted and identify the service used. For WhatsApp, include your WhatsApp number with its country code. For the website AI concierge, include the conversation ID if known. Also give the approximate date and time of the interaction and only the minimum additional detail needed to locate it. You do not need to include an entire conversation.
Do not attach medical documents, identity documents, payment details, passwords or verification codes to the initial request. This email procedure replaces any postal-only request procedure for these AI/WhatsApp requests. There is no blanket fee merely for submitting a deletion request.
concierge@cybergenemed.com 宛てに、件名を「AI/WhatsApp data deletion」としてお送りください。データの削除を希望することと、利用したサービスを記載してください。WhatsAppの場合は国番号付きのWhatsApp電話番号を、ウェブサイトのAIコンシェルジュの場合は分かる範囲で会話IDを記載してください。あわせて、おおよその利用日時と、記録の特定に必要な最小限の補足情報をお知らせください。会話全文の送付は不要です。
最初のご依頼に、医療書類、本人確認書類、決済情報、パスワード、認証コードを添付・記載しないでください。AI・WhatsAppに関するこれらのご依頼では、このメール手続きを、郵送のみを求める手続きに代えて利用できます。削除を依頼すること自体について、一律の手数料は設けていません。
2. Confirm the request and relevant records2. ご依頼と対象の記録を確認する
We will review the request, confirm its scope and take reasonable steps to verify that you are the person concerned or an authorized representative. If more information is needed, we will ask for only what is proportionate to identification and the request, and explain how to provide it. We will not require medical documents as the standard way to make an initial deletion request.
After confirmation, we will delete company-controlled information within the confirmed scope where legally permitted, and explain the outcome. If information must be retained for a justified reason, such as a legal obligation, a dispute or a necessary security investigation, we will explain the reason and the information affected.
ご依頼の内容と対象範囲を確認し、ご本人または正当な代理人からのご依頼であることを、合理的な方法で確認します。追加情報が必要な場合は、本人確認とご依頼の処理に見合う範囲の情報のみをお願いし、その提出方法を案内します。初回の削除依頼に際して、医療書類を標準的な提出物として求めることはありません。
確認後、対象範囲に含まれる当社管理下の情報を、法令上認められる範囲で削除し、対応結果を説明します。法的義務、紛争、必要なセキュリティ調査など、正当な理由により保存を続ける情報がある場合は、その理由と対象の情報を説明します。
3. Understand the scope of deletion3. 削除の対象範囲について
Relevant company-controlled information may include identifiable conversation records, AI replies and associated operational or security records. The records that can be located and the applicable retention needs depend on the interaction. Deletion is not automatic and may not be immediately reflected in every copy.
Copies on your device, in another person’s account, or independently held by Meta/WhatsApp or other providers are separate from records under CyberGene’s control. Deleting CyberGene’s records does not itself erase those separate copies. Where necessary, use the relevant app or provider’s data controls and request procedures.
当社管理下の対象情報には、ご本人と結び付けられる会話記録、AIの回答、関連する運用・セキュリティ記録などが含まれる場合があります。特定できる記録や保存の必要性は、ご利用内容によって異なります。削除は自動処理ではなく、すべての複製に直ちに反映されない場合があります。
ご自身の端末、他の方のアカウント、Meta／WhatsAppその他の提供者が独立して保有する複製は、当社管理下の記録とは別です。当社の記録を削除しても、これらの複製が自動的に消去されるわけではありません。必要に応じて、各アプリや提供者のデータ管理機能・請求手続きを利用してください。
4. Stop messages or ask for help4. メッセージの停止・お問い合わせ
You can ask us to stop messages at concierge@cybergenemed.com without first requesting deletion. For an immediate option on your account, block the business in WhatsApp. Blocking stops receipt of its messages but does not delete previously stored data. Consent to marketing, where required, is separate from using the concierge, and you may ask to withdraw it through the same email address.

削除を依頼しなくても、concierge@cybergenemed.com にメッセージ停止を依頼できます。ご自身のアカウントですぐに停止したい場合は、WhatsAppで当社をブロックしてください。ブロックはメッセージの受信を止めるもので、保存済みデータの削除ではありません。必要なマーケティング同意はコンシェルジュの利用とは別であり、同じメール窓口から撤回を依頼できます。
